If your order contains oversized or heavy items, shipping costs will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assist with replacements, reshipments, or claims with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
